Still loving my Richardson couch from Furniture Plus. Julie and Heather were so helpful in guiding (not pushing) towards the perfect fit. They truly listened to the customer to discover our desires, not what other companies were trying to push on the customer. Delivery was great too. This will be my go to store for top quality furniture and friendly service.

These guys are the real deal. We are snowbirds and they are the only ones that would work with our schedule of being back and forth. Aaron and his brother CJ are first class. Once we placed our order they held it for us until it was all in. Once it was in, they notified me and waited for me to schedule flights , then they scheduled delivery all at once. Delivery was on time and complete. Delivery folks made sure we knew how to work everything and satisfied before they left. The flex steel couches are off the charts first class. Tell them what you are looking for and they will find! I will purchase from them again, why wouldn't ya! FAMILY OWNED AND FAMILY WORKED, FIRST CLASS!

The sales staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, they listened to my needs and were not pushy. Furniture Plus sells quality name-brand furniture and has been around for a long time. I hope to do business with them again. I feel I purchased quality furniture at a good price compared to other stores for the same product.

My husband needed a power lift recliner. We wanted the best and we needed it yesterday. The local store had one but not with the features we wanted. I checked all over the state. Chad Carling at Furniture plus had it! The FlexSteel ZeCliner with heat and massage. He beat the local price by $300 ! Chad and Brett (or Bruce) drove the chair 2 hours to get it to us asap❣️ How’s that for service? At a time when ppl don’t even bother to answer the phone when you call a business (since Covid). Chad and Furniture Plus delivered the BEST possible chair on the market at THE BEST price to someone in need as quick as humanly possible. I found them online and never met them until today. He cheerfully answered all my dozens of text questions before I made the purchase. Sent pictures and videos too. I Love them. They went above and beyond.
