Furniture Plus made it simple.

Decorating a new home is hard enough when it’s your primary residence, and your there all the time. But selecting furniture and arranging for set-up and delivery to winter (or second) home is truly a challenge.

Chad and the team from furniture Plus made it simple. They pointed us to manufacturer sites for furniture lines they carry. We were able to find many of the items at our local stores, like Ashley Furniture, confirm we liked the size, look, materials, then call Furniture Plus to place our order. Chad and his team answered questions, helped with our budget, got everything ordered, and worked around our crazy schedules to deliver our furniture when someone would be in town.

As a result, our winter home is looking beautiful, and each time we need something additional, our first call is to Furniture Plus, Thanks Chad and Team!

Highly Recommend Furniture Plus

Gary and I purchased a new vacation home in Arizona in the fall of 2011. At the time the house sale closed we only had five days to get it all furnished and set up so we could return at Christmas for a family vacation. With such a short time frame to work with we needed to get as much done beforehand as we could. We discovered the Furniture Plus website along with numerous others in the area. I made enquiries of several of the local furniture stores but was most impressed by the staff at Furniture Plus. Chad responded quickly to all of our e-mails and phone calls and was extremely helpful in answering questions and giving us guidance re: furniture options. Any of the quotes we were given were competitive with or better than other prices we found on-line. They were very helpful in ordering and were even willing to let us have our custom made bunk beds delivered to them so that all of our furniture could be delivered at once. They delivered the furniture at the exact time we had agreed upon — within two hours of entering our new home they had unloaded and set up all our furniture and taken away all the garbage! There was one minor error in ordering and they immediately made the correction and delivered the proper items at our convenience. We would highly recommend Furniture Plus!

Hi Chad,

Just want to let you know about my experience @ your store and how greatly appreciative I am with the service that I receive from you, your salesman Bruce and your delivery guys, GREAT TEAM WORK.

I am from Manitoba, Canada, found your website online and liked your price tags, I contacted you, via email about your hours of operation and due to my situation, not being able to go to an Ashley Store near me in Canada, and if I could purchase furniture from showroom when I arrive here. I received a reply the same day with all the info that I needed. Thanks.

On my first visit, Your salesman Bruce met us @ the door when we arrive, I explain to him that I had done some window shopping online on your website and that I was their to look, I needed furniture for a 2 bed condo. Bruce told me to go ahead, and if I had ANY questions that he would be happy to help me, he did not follow me around like they do @ some stores, and when I had a question, he was there. I looked around, I was very happy with what I saw and wanted to purchase right away, BUT, because another store was recommended to me, I decided to go check, I told this to Bruce and he did not try in any way to stop me. I was impressed. I went to check the OTHER store, and was totally disappointed, so I returned to your store the next day. I went straight to Bruce and he even remembered my name, I purchased all the furniture that I needed, Bruce was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I needed most of my furniture for the next day, and Bruce pulled all the strings he could to make sure that I would get what I needed the next day. And it gets better. The next day when the delivery came, the 2 guys delivering (do not know there names) were on time, and friendly. They worked very hard and very professional. They were in and out in no time and they even set up my bed which I did not expect, so that was a BONUS. Bruce and the 2 delivery guys deserve a pat on the back for the excellent service.

The next day, I realized that I had purchased way to much furniture for my living room, when I called the store Bruce was on his day off, and you offered to help me, and again great customer service. I was able to return 2 items that were special order for me and love seat that had been delivery to me the day before, Not to many stores would allow cancelling special order, and I want to Thank You, for giving me a full refund on those items, because I know that you did not have to do it.

I will continue to shop @ Furniture Plus Inc, GREAT selection, Big showroom, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer Satisfaction—Testimonials

We are writing this testimonial because we were very pleased with the communication, quality of furniture, delivery service and the friendliness of the staff at Furniture Plus.
We purchased a house in Mesa Arizona in December and we wanted to furnish the house immediately when we came back down in January. We are from near Vancouver, BC, Canada and we wanted to purchase the furniture online. We located Furniture Plus from a Google search and Chad promptly replied to our email query. We were able to view the furniture locally and then advise Furniture plus what we were looking for. Furniture Plus then provided the cost for each item of furniture. We will deliver to you the same furniture you see in Canada here in Arizona. We can send you a price quote of all the furniture you ask for prices on. (e-mail works great for this)

This is the best e-mail to use… chad@furnitureplusinc.com… When you have decided on the furniture you want to purchase we will e-mail you an invoice with everything on it including tax and delivery for your review. (we also attach photos of the items)

When You approve your order call us and we will get credit card info from you and put half down, then put your furniture on order.
