Just want to let you know about my experience @ your store and how greatly appreciative I am with the service that I receive from you, your salesman Bruce and your delivery guys, GREAT TEAM WORK.
I am from Manitoba, Canada, found your website online and liked your price tags, I contacted you, via email about your hours of operation and due to my situation, not being able to go to an Ashley Store near me in Canada, and if I could purchase furniture from showroom when I arrive here. I received a reply the same day with all the info that I needed. Thanks.
On my first visit, Your salesman Bruce met us @ the door when we arrive, I explain to him that I had done some window shopping online on your website and that I was their to look, I needed furniture for a 2 bed condo. Bruce told me to go ahead, and if I had ANY questions that he would be happy to help me, he did not follow me around like they do @ some stores, and when I had a question, he was there. I looked around, I was very happy with what I saw and wanted to purchase right away, BUT, because another store was recommended to me, I decided to go check, I told this to Bruce and he did not try in any way to stop me. I was impressed. I went to check the OTHER store, and was totally disappointed, so I returned to your store the next day. I went straight to Bruce and he even remembered my name, I purchased all the furniture that I needed, Bruce was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I needed most of my furniture for the next day, and Bruce pulled all the strings he could to make sure that I would get what I needed the next day. And it gets better. The next day when the delivery came, the 2 guys delivering (do not know there names) were on time, and friendly. They worked very hard and very professional. They were in and out in no time and they even set up my bed which I did not expect, so that was a BONUS. Bruce and the 2 delivery guys deserve a pat on the back for the excellent service.
The next day, I realized that I had purchased way to much furniture for my living room, when I called the store Bruce was on his day off, and you offered to help me, and again great customer service. I was able to return 2 items that were special order for me and love seat that had been delivery to me the day before, Not to many stores would allow cancelling special order, and I want to Thank You, for giving me a full refund on those items, because I know that you did not have to do it.
I will continue to shop @ Furniture Plus Inc, GREAT selection, Big showroom, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will HIGHLY recommend your store to all Canadians coming to Arizona.
